Sending announcements as notification

Hello, it would be great to include a feature to send announcements with a character limit via notifications for people under "reading" status or maybe an opt-in/out button on the novels main page.

Something to bridge the gap between people that dont want to use outside SH means to communicate, but not too intrusive that it annoys readers.

There are profile messages. You get a notification about them if you follow the author.

I'm also using the "Favourites" feature, just above "Reading List" in the menu. You put in the reading lists you want to watch, and you see the latest updates from them there. Easy, clear and unobtrusive.

It does the same thing you are asking for, but better, making this request redundant.
