You can't just report a story because you suspect it. You need proof, and since I can't read Chinese, I would have a hard time looking for the original.

NTR is a blanket term for Netorare, Netorase, and Netori, which all involve cuckolding or infidelity (unfortunately, it seems to be invading the smut genre). MTL means "machine translation," which is when a person can't translate himself, so he has AI and/or translation programs do it for him. Do yourself a favor and stop googling NTR (unless you like that kind of stuff).
