Little on the pricier side, but shark_waka does excellent work. You can check out their entire portfolio in the link provided.

EDIT: If you want to avoid paying extra for background art, you can just go outside and take a photo of some hills, the sky, etc. whatever you want your background to be. You can use your phone or a camera, doesn't matter. Put that into Photoshop or an image editing program like GIMP and just apply the Poster Edges filter. Boom, you're done.
