So I have been posting a while now and have often wonder what is the best time to release chapters. Like the time of day. For some old stories of mine it used to be like 2 in the evening for me, my time is utc +2. So then for the past maybe 12 months and possibly more, it has been 8 in the morning. Which do y'all think is the best time for maybe maximum exposure.

:blob_aww: The question to which an answer you seek was answered countless times before. Use the search function.

Your best bet is to either pick a time and stick with it, regardless, or to experiment with different times, find one or two that seem to work best, and use that information. Due to this being a global site, there IS no single best time. Some days might be better, but then again, the number of people posting on those days could drown you out.

I just post between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM in my local time zone (US East Coast) Mondays and Fridays.

Been less than a month, my story has been viewed 220 times, my first chapter has 31 views, second chapter 17, and the rest settling around 4 - 7. Got one comment, one like.

That's better than I expected, because I am juggling some themes and subjects that aren't everyone's cup of tea, I open with a dream sequence, and the first six chapters are slow buildup and character dynamics/investment.

And I post at that time because I'm a morning person and the kids aren't up yet 🤷‍♂️

Granted I don't have experience to know if that's "good" on a relative scale, all variables considered, but I know every time I post I get more views. That works for me
