OK soo I've been tryna fund this for a couple of hours but can't get any clues.
I know it's about a dude who gets so strong that he is literally the strongest in the universe, he kills hime self and the universe gets reset and eventually he regresses to right before his girlfriend dies a few days before a system apocalypse.

Never mind I found it, I was looking with tag that were slightly wrong like time travel instead of time paradox and such
