"Refresh Stats" Button for Writers on Statistics Page

Currently, the data on this page does not reflect real-time changes, and writers need to wait for an automatic refresh to see the most up-to-date information, and it is not very clear when it happens. The "Refresh Stats" button will allow writers to trigger a data update manually as and when needed.

As cool as this would be, it is likely not happening anytime soon, if at all.
