Once upon a time, I tried to do my own cover page for my story and designed Silika the main character for My Quiet Life

I was pretty happy for it for a long time, but since she's supposed to be 5-6 yo, she always looked too old to me so I got an actual artists to do it.
One of the issue I quickly found as I got more artists to do comissions for me (I try to put some art in my chapters) is that they always use the outfit and design of the cover page

It's not bad per say, but it's definetly not a dress I want to see drawn 20 times over.

So today I tried my hand at remaking the character with a cuter outfit so they stop using that other one over and over again -.-

What do you all think?

Looks hard to put on for a 5/6 year old.

The color combination of pink hair, light mint green, and red ribbons is not the best imo. Yes, children like bright colors, but you could still reduce it to one bright color plus white/cream.

One question to the white dress: Is it a one-piece dress or are those two pieces (blouse+skirt)?
The cut looks awkward. Kid's dresses are usually normal fit right where the rib cage is, and loose fit below this (because baby fat of the belly).
