Will a shota genre tag get in trouble, or skirt the law? What do you think about this?
The idea of a ... maybe a well endowed 'Hero' who is actually younger than he should be and under age with a milf like harem seems like a fun concept to write about. But I'm worried about if it will skirt around legal issues?
Does a harem or romance story really have to be over 18 anyway? And is that affected by if 'love scenes' are hinted over but not clearly shown?
And there's gray areas too. Like, OK what if the shota hero uses transformation magic to get older temporarily? Is that a violation still? Or what if the love interest looks at him being 16 and thinks... I could 'do this and that' if only he were 2 years older, maybe I'll give him an aging potion to be +2 years. Although if she did that, it would sense that she had the means and money for those kinds of expensive alchemy potions that she'd try out other alchemy potions also like a +C--k size potion, a performance enhancing potion also.
