Why not? If there hasn't been much of a following yet, then go for itI'm thinking about remastering everything in my story, from chapters to cover and title, so I can delete my current story and post the remastered one? Taking advantage of the new stories page?
I actually advise caution in doing this. It's entirely up to you, but if you're still writing your story, I advise finishing it first before doing a rewrite, unless you've legitimately written yourself into a corner. Revisions should be done only when you actually have the full body to revise on. Otherwise, you'll do a rewrite, and start writing new content, only to become disappointed in the new content again, and want to rewrite, ending up in a loop. In my opinion, finish the story, then revise.I'm thinking about remastering everything in my story, from chapters to cover and title, so I can delete my current story and post the remastered one? Post the remastered one, but leave the current one up too (just edit the title to make it clear there's a new version out). Some people will still want to be able to re-read the current version and it is always so disappointing to be looking forward to reread something and find the story, or a part in the story, completely deleted with no way to see it again.I'm thinking about remastering everything in my story, from chapters to cover and title, so I can delete my current story and post the remastered one? That's why it's better to leave reviews, critiques more often and remember to point out in it not only what you didn't like.Happened to me when I was rereading Sovereign of Wrath, the author cut out basically the entire starting arc when the MC was alone on an island cause they didn't like the pacing, but I liked it and had wanted to reread it! And I've seen other readers complaining about full stories being deleted.
