Interesting idea. So MC will be the one who explains things to the people of the isekai instead. I can foresee the human king who got dumbfounded and rendered speechless by the MC.
And I don't think it's right to call it a reincarnater, it's actually reincarnated, btw. A summoned person will be better as a setting, because reincarnated is someone who already died and his soul revived again as another being.

Many isekai have that thing where MC dies but gets back to original world after defeating demon lord.
But yeah, both can work

It sounded like he died each time and then went into another world since he was a person who reincarnated, even at the age of 2months...

Isekai most times fall into person dies and gets transported into another world. But then again, since isekaied is just about being transported into another world (from reading what people say on forums), the character may not have to die for that to happen.
