I am currently thinking about doing another story along side my current one.

It would be something between the comic series Hack/Slash and the video game Spatterhouse.

So a supernaturally powered slasher protagonist hunting down supernatural entities and other slashers that are less well meaning than he.

Well, of course, its a classic shounen. You have plenty of research material, plus its a fun write with huge reception. The only problem is if you can write action scenes

I think you are asking the wrong people, and you are asking the wrong questions.

The proper person to ask is yourself, and the correct question is whether or not you have enough time to dedicate to a second series while maintaining the quality of your 1st.

If the answer is yes, then go for it.
