Recommendations Poorly hidden kink

This is a funny idea of a story I want to see:
The writer has a kink. They are writing an ordinary not smut novel, and they try to hide their kink, but do it very poorly.
Let's say their kink is long hair. Then very often we get scenes of characters fiddling with their long hair, tossing it behind, etc etc.
Now that I think of it, isn't that Miyazaki and his kink for feet? I've never played his games but I heard it was a thing.
Well I want to see that, but in novel form.
