Let's say you have a typical MC. He trained everyday, his strength and agility skyrocketed. But after quick battle, he realized-

He couldn't percieve his movements.

Literally. His attack was so fast, he couldn't see it.

If you were him, what training would do to "see faster"?

Ever been on that circular contraption at the park? The one that spins as fast as you can make it? Just spin that at Mach whatever and try to focus on even a single object.

Giving him a brain surgery to make it faster I guess. Since he is constrained by his materials

Use magic to do it.

Rather than having him perceive his attacks, just have it be a downside to his fighting style for a while. Then you can have him train to instead predict his own moves. This could also train him over time to predict the moves of other people that he can't perceive for the same reason. Even going so far as to make is a sixth sense later on. Once he reaches this point, he would technically be more capable in a fight than others due to not needing to see the attacks in order to block them.

he could use a chip in his brain, put magic/black tecnology eyes or he could train and lose the necessity to see what he is doing and just memorize something like a script and he only need to adjust how far is his enemy(this look dumb i know! but would be funny to do this until he found a more permant solution)

Sounds like the same concept as what happened in DanMachi, apparently. Bell leveled up so fast and was so powerful he felt awkward until he was able to properly adapt to the changes in his body. Much the same as getting a sudden growth spurt. Continue to train, practice, and fight. The experience/natural growth will help them acclimate to the changes.

However, if he's training regularly and the progression is based on natural growth (much like strength training or kendo/sword training) rather than some random accelerated EXP Boosting bullshit, then he would already be acclimated to the change since his brain would grow with it. What would happen instead is that to the MC, it would be natural to be so fast/strong. To everyone else, they'd look like some outlier.

Speed reading is a thing. I tried a bit in high school but never really made it work for me.
