Hello! Full request below. I know there's some threads in here taking commissions that I could post in, but some seem to not quite be what I'm looking for while others are old enough that I'm not entirely sure they're actually still taking commissions, and full disclosure, I was too nervous to reach out first on those.
Anyway, this is my first time commissioning any art, so I have no idea what I'm doing. However, this is paid. Just let me know your rates if you're interested in doing either of the covers I've listed below. I'm happy to hire the same person for both, but it's not a requirement if you're only interested in one or the other.

Two women, one human and one elf, mounted on saddled, feathered mounts with a build like stegosaurs, just without the plates or spikes, facing a wide plateau in the distance with damaged fortress walls at the top. Mist shrouds the bottom of the plateau and the terrain leading up to it is a grassland with red grass.
Journey:
A young woman (mid-twenties) with silver hair and orange eyes and wearing a t-shirt and jeans that are too big is sitting on the floor in the middle of a glowing magic circle. The room is dark, but the light of the circle faintly illuminates a small fusion reactor looming behind her and glass tubes containing crystals the size of a human torso at the sides of the room.
I'd like both to be sized for book covers, so the height should be about 1.5 or 1.6 times the width. I've never commissioned art before, so let me know if the descriptions are too much or too little detail.
