Okay, so here's the deal. I've been reading novels and writing fanfics to jog my poor mind but none of them seems to work.
I need help.
Not urgent but still, I need hmm, what do you call it? Prescriptions? I don't know anymore!

I assume this means you want to write, yet can't get any inspiration on how to move your story forward?
You can try whatever you want, but... In all honesty, everything you try will have 99% chance of failure.
There is only one fail-proof method to bypass problems that stop you from writing. And that is, to write.
It doesn't matter how terrible it is, keep writing, write write and write some more. Write the very thing you wanna write, no matter how unfulfilled you are by it or how you feel like this scene isn't good enough or... It doesn't matter, keep writing. Keep writing until you finish a chapter, regardless of rather you hate that chapter or not.
Well, you're probably unhappy with this chapter by now, you wrote it totally uninspired after all, there were so many things you could have done better... Great, now take a few hours (or a day, at most) break and come back to it and start editing it. Put all those fixes in paper and make your chapter shine.
You finished editing? Good, onwards to the next chapter. It doesn't matter if you can still polish it more, if there are still parts that you could edit, go to the next chapter. You're writing a webnovel, it doesn't need to be perfect, so a single round of editing is enough. Once you finish your novel you can polish the whole thing into a carefully planned story and then try publishing it on Amazon or whatever.
... And that's basically how you do it. You solve your problem of feeling uninspired by forcing some inspiration to come. Brute-forcing your way through is honestly the only method that works reliably when writing... Otherwise you'll keep procrastinating and never get anything done in the next 10 years.
