well, yes and no. the mangaka is mad obsessed with Chizuru (like declaring she's his wife and all that strange shit) so thats why the manga went down the toilet is he wont let anyone get close to his waifu, even his own MC. mind you, the mangaka is married and his real wife actually had to take him off social media after his period of wild raving about Chizuru and his obsession with her. so, technically he's NTR'ing his own MC.
