Novel Cover Unchanged in Chapters and Dashboard?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just bad at using the internet, but I've recently changed my novel cover (and had it approved). When I go into my dashboard, the old novel cover is what shows. When I hit "edit", the next screen shows the updated novel cover. When I open up a chapter, the picture is that of the old cover, not the new one. So it looks like the cover was changed on some pages, but not all pages. Is this a bug? Or am I supposed to change the cover two different ways?

Clear your cookies and cached pages probably.

clean your cache or wait a few days until it refreshes itself

It's definitely changed, your browser is just loading the old image that is temporarily saved on your device.
