Not receiving any response from Scribblehub email?

Hello I'm hoping to just get some help or clarification, I have emailed the listed email address under the "Contact Us" section of the website 3 separate times requesting help with something and I have not received any response back.

I keep getting told my book cover submissions are being rejected with blanket NSFW statements but no clarification as to what they think is NSFW and I have found plenty of stories currently posted with similar book covers or covers much more NSFW than anything I'm trying to submit.

Does anyone know what I should do?

Post your covers on the forum for a second opinion, maybe there's something obvious you're not seeing because they are your covers.

This, but I'm pretty sure that the covers are pre-filtered using a bot to save Tony some time, so it might just be an error.

As for the emails, Tony is only one dude, it probably takes him a while to look though all the emails he gets every day.

I get that, I'm new to SH so I didn't know how big the support team was but I figured it wasn't being auto rejected by a bot because it usually takes several hours to get the rejection notice.

Also, do you happen to know the file size limit for uploading photos to the forum? I'm trying to upload my covers and it keeps saying too big and they're less than 2MB so I don't know how small I need to go

Image uploads are probably turned off; what you actually need to do is host the image on a third-party site (e.g. imgur) and then link to it by URL.
