No notification when cover is not approved

When a cover is approved, one gets a notification saying so, but if a cover is not approved, it fails silently, and you don't know whether it was disapproved, or why, or whether you just need to wait another day or two for approval because the mods are busy. We need to get an immediate notice when a cover is disapproved, saying why it wasn't approved, so we can start working on a cover that fixes the issue right away.

Apologies if this is a duplicate of another already-reported bug; I searched for a couple of variations in wording and couldn't find an earlier one.

You should receive one, but it takes time, so maybe the admin hasn't seen yours yet.

Usually lasts a day, until he logs in.

This happened to me some time ago when my first cover for "Wings" was silently disapproved; I went four or five weeks without ever getting a notification, until I finally posted here and on the Discord and someone told me my cover probably hadn't been approved. I created a new cover from scratch and it was approved quickly. I'm posting this bug report because the same thing just happened to a friend, and it sounded like the same issue that hit me a while ago with "Wings."

Maybe it doesn't happen every time, but in that case it's all the more important to let Tony know that it does happen sometimes.

Yeah, it's kinda difficult to change covers nowadays. It's like a gacha of "what did I do wrong this time?" Mine's got issues with NSFW, when the only real problem is that it has lots of skin-tone colors instead of actual NSFW work (I can't do it; my students read my work).
