This, because it so stupid that it is funny. Not the best grammar but worth the 10 minute reads per chapter.

Exactly what it says on the tin. It's a great, character driven story which parodies the usual isekai tropes in a clever and affectionate way. The MC starts out flawed in a very human way, and we get to enjoy the process of him being refined into the cool prince he was meant to be. The story itself is very playful, but still treats its underlying premise with a lot of respect (to a surprising degree, given the very silly title).

Also, the author is working towards a real end to the story, which I always appreciate.

The longest title I've ever read. Lol

I think this is an underappreciated gem. It made me feel better when I was going through a rough patch. It's more of a calming, philosopical, and thoughtful read, so it goes unnoticed here.

Depends on what type of poison you like. Everyone likes different things. Depending on type of mc to harems etc etc. Also I didn't really go with just one or two favorites, but stories that I was always looking forward to updates.

So to name some of the ones I actually look forward to:

Hogwarts: I’m Truly a Model Wizard - BlurryDream - Translation - Completed

Gray Tale, A Star Wars Rebels Story - Abstraco - ongoing

GoT/ASOIAF: The Prince of Scrolls - Walder - ongoing

Regressor Sect Master - Spaizzar - Ongoing (releases in groups with sizeable time gap)

Immortality Through Array Formations - The God Reader - ongoing

Making It in Night City (Cyberpunk 2077 [Harem/smut])- SPS4 - No longer updated/dead

Cyberpunk 2077: Demons of Night City - John_atel - translation - no longer updated

Honorable mentions (on RR) - I know you said Scribble and thats why they are only honorable mentions

Sublight Drive (Star Wars) - Mirrth - Completed

Hard Enough (pokemon) - Viva01 - ongoing

Move aside everyone, my time to yap:

Hands down my favorite book on this site. I’ve drawn so much fan art for this story. Matriarchal reverse harem fantasy. It’s set in a medieval East Asian fantasy matriarchal queendom (yes, queendom) called Dyss. You follow the life of Moriya as she grows from a sheltered princess to the formidable Queen of Dyss. You get both an intriguing political drama as well as an adorable romance with the concubines. The harem isn’t all about competing for Moriya or fan service though; instead, it’s more of a found family dynamic along with romance. I’m telling you, the political drama is just as juicy as the romance. For smut readers (this is SmutHub after all), there are also spicy love scenes, but not as explicit or dirty as erotica. But it’s the type of love scene that I prefer, so I recommend. :)

Such a fun book to read. If you like comics or manga, you’d definitely like this. The concept is so unique, and the lore and worldbuilding go hard AF. All the character designs are so colorful. The humor is what gets me the most though. I don’t see many horror comedies, and this was a treat. I laughed out loud at so many scenes. The character voices are so distinct, you can pretty much get a picture of each of their personalities based on a few gestures or dialogue. Not to mention the amazing artwork the author does. Check out that cover art though. ? Highly, highly recommend.

I just finished this book! I recommend this to every BL/danmei fan. It’s a xianxia cultivation, but it doesn’t focus on leveling up like most xianxia slop. Instead, we follow the two male leads’ adventure to solve a mystery, and on the way you experience their slowburn romance development. The buildup to the smut absolutely made it worth the wait. It’s less smutty than the author’s other completed works so far, and it puts much more emphasis on emotional and romantic connection. Both characters actually talk their feelings out with each other when there’s conflict or misunderstandings. They feel like a married couple even when they just met each other. ? Also it’s actually completed, so you can binge it, as well as the author’s other works.

Excellently written Gothic-Horror-Romance with beautifully descriptive world-building, consistent characterisation and a solid plot that delivers action, reflective moments, slow-burn romance and family tensions as well as excellent character growth and some truly romantic, without being cliche, scenes. Even if you're not into the genre, the writing alone is enough. Absolutely gorgeous.

The longest title I've ever read. Lol
I have a competitor!
That is a true recommendation by the way, although if not for the title length I'd probably first choose one of her other works—The Cursed Prince(ss), perhaps.

But yeah, she's one of my two favorite authors on the site, the other being Rooibos:

I also love rewq:

Accusations of me having very particular tastes are entirely true.

Edit: oh right, why i like them. Well mostly it's the same, they're cute and cozy and also have great depth of emotion. And that last one has a great wild twist (but not one that's so wild as to be dumb yknow?)

And tell us why you would recommend them
This seems like a story that's about ready to be published on Amazon but is on scribblehub to gather audience/publicity. It'd recommend giving it a read, I myself will probably buy a paperback version if it releases at some point.

If you like cyberpunk then maybe https://www.scribblehub.com/series/1056226/outrun--cyberpunk-litrpg/ is a nice read? It'll be stubbing soon, I think jan 6 for amazon release. But that's only the first 67 chapters (there are 330 atm) so if you bing read it you can still read it for free, I also believe there was a way to give reviews on amazon from stories that come from scribble (at least that was with stories that got stubbed on RR, so I assume it's also possible for scribble) meaning you can still support the author by giving a review.

The story starts out a little detective like and although I normally hate that the story is great and has a unique take on the cyberpunk route. With magic and shit being a thing (which sounds terrible but is actually pretty nicely done)

Two Books (3 Technically, but you know, whatever)

The first book, The Oscillation by @AuthorSME , is the book that brought me to SH years ago. I picked up, and it was the only book I read here, back when it wasn't even completed yet (I had a different account then). It was the only story that truly kept my attention no matter how often I needed to put it down; Often, coming back during breaks, and lunches, only to pick it back up. It's the book that made me fall in love with SH as a whole just through it's story, and writing alone. It encouraged, and inspired me to write, and post my own stories here. It's a fascinating read that pulls you into its world of creatures, and monsters, and mysterious abilities. It makes you want to befriend its characters, and cheer them on. They're unique, and wholesome, and they stand out without needing to grandstand in any particular way. It's words just flow. It makes you believe in the fantasy. I admired that aspect about it. It's why the flow of a story is very important to me whenever I'm reading, and (though I'm personally still learning) I wish I could one day match the passion of this story, and its creativity. I would recommend it to anyone.:blob_aww:♥️

That said, the second book (and why I said technically above) is The Oscillation by AuthorSME, (lol). This is the Finalized Printed Version of the mentioned book above. I haven't read this version, but it is the edited, and published version of the original 1st draft. If you choose to pick up, and read this book, I would say to click this version. It's how the Author truly envisioned their story through their editing, and through their hard work, through their blood, sweat, tears. -And I would like to honor that vision. The reason why I put the draft version first is to show that you don't have to be perfect the first time around. You don't need to hold yourself to some impossible standard, and that it's okay to be vulnerable. SME could have easily deleted the original after completing the final product, but didn't. I admired that decision. I'm very thankful to this author for bringing me to SH, maybe not directly, but they did, and I'm glad to call SH my online home. I truly enjoy it here. I'm also very proud of this Author for achieving their goals with this story. It's been a while, but Congratulations on a job well done SME. Seeing how far you've come has always made me smile.:blob_reach:♥️

Third, and not least in any way, is The Beast World Calls My Name by @AliceMoonvale . So far, the book is incomplete; Unfinished, with only a few chapters, but to say that there is 'little content' because of its length, would be a lie, and a gross misconception, because there is plenty to read, and hold dearly, not just with its characters, but with the world being presented within its pages.
It's a simple story of a sweet girl, a bit of a work in progress, but good natured nonetheless. She yearns for comfort, and belonging, but finds herself amidst a love triangle of complete opposites in a land that doesn't even understand her. It's endearing, and funny, but wholesome, and adventurous. There's love, and chaos sewn between every chapter. The author brings a certain charm with their words that make you want to keep reading. It's not a story that leaps into your face, with action, or thrills, but instead pats your hand, and tells you things will be alright... even when there's someone plotting to murder you within the story.. lol.
For fair warning, there are a small amount of discrepancies within the story, moments the characters fumbles around, or did things I personally wouldn't have done if I were placed within the story. These moments were silly, but cute. At the same, even back when I read The Oscillation for the first time, seeing those same minor discrepancies, the sentences with missing words, or the insignificant spelling mistakes, I'm reminded that this imaginary world, these characters I'm reading, and the words I'm currently enjoying, came from someone; They imagined, and manifested this world. I'm reminded that there is a person behind this book, writing, and sweating, and crying, and just trying their hardest to create something they consider worthy of something, of love, of admiration.. the same exact way I feel, when I write. :blob_nom: ♥️

I've had the honor of reading through some of Alice's responses here in the forums, and even had a few discussions with them; Reading about what goes on through their mind while writing, how they feel, what makes them write, why they write; It's fascinating (You all are).

Being surrounded by so many aspiring authors is a dream; It's almost wild to see how many of you still care about writing to begin with.

This being the most recent book I'm currently reading, and fully enjoying, keeps me grounded in anticipation.
I can't wait to see it grow, and I'll be upset (and proud) when I finally get to see it completed.
Like the pride I had when I saw AuthorSME finally able to press their Completed button.
Like the anticipation I have when I can finally see you all get to press that button.
-and hopefully, when I finally get to join you in pressing my own.

I just really like books, and I'm very proud of this community.:blobreading:
