It feels more like a fever dream but I remember this movie (vaguely)
There was this team of girls. They were insane and much of the movie is in their delusion. At the end one girl was about lobotomised by the therapist the rapist, but either she did, she she didn't get lobotomised. I think she tricked him with another girl.
At the end a girl is getting out and taking a bus.
