One of the original myths about succubi was that the succubus would have sex with a human male, stealing their semen, and then turn into an incubus and have sex with a human girl, thus creating a half-demon with the repossessed semen. (Probably as an explanation for infidelity.) It was overcomplicated, but yes, it counts. Well, sort of. Most plants are technically hermaphrodites.

From what I heard, the succubus does have a male counterpart - the incubi. But both genders are infertile. So the succubus steal the semen and give it to the incubi, who go hunting to inseminate girl with another human's sperm. I can assume that succubi are genderless from this reproduction perspective, but in the eyes of humans or humanoids, their appearance are already specified.

By the time the sperm was transplanted into a girl's womb, the soul from the sperm is corrupted by the sex fiends' power and lead to the birth of a cambion, a half demon and half human, but only after 7 years. Because the hybrid is a stillborn either after birth or hidden in the womb.

I looked this up to test rule 34, and it wasn't top results. Not yet anyways. I did find this though

Well, if there are all powerful beings that can handwave what happens to the various races sure. But what if it was a highly advance group who needed to control/wipe out the worlds population, due to various reasons could not or did not want to take an direct hand in it. Or better were not truly godlike in power?

Not necessarily, depends on where and who they are. Also your assuming they are designing a species for population control. They may be modifying what already exists, goblins might have been another race before they were changed and bred in captivity to kill off the other races.

It all depends on what resources they have, their available technology, what they feel is expedient and less resource intensive.

There are also other projects where male mosquitoes are sterilized en masse (usually with radiation) and released to the wild.
Both this and what you brought up are way more in line with what I mentioned (and simpler than a targeted virus or nanobots) than using Goblin Slayer style goblins as population control for humans.
