I need a microphone for recording, what are some good but affordable mircophones? Something less than $50

This is the one I use. It's $39 USD ($59 AUD).

Red version is even cheaper.

Decent microphone I used for streaming/recording until I upgraded once I got serious. It lasted me several years and had no problems, especially if you're willing to spend ~$15 for a pop filter (which is only a few dollars over your budget). You can even remove the tri-prong desk stand and screw it onto a mic stand so you don't hunch over and lose keyboard accessibility.

It all even comes in a package nowadays.

If I had to recommend a starter microphone, this would be the one.
