Not referring to Shadow Clone Jutsu type, or one human x one beast body linked by a soul cord type.
I mean, able to split one's flesh into fragments like slime type, something similar to Rimuru but more Carrion/ Alex Mercer red meat grotesque style.
Because I am currently reading a CN with MC becoming the Thing x Ultron hybrid with a regressed digital soul that was once a data god and the cthulhu scenes are still fantastic.
To summarize, previous iteration MC was a pure AI with no physical body and was regressed for some reason. So he decided to go for a strong physical build instead this time, a mix with cyberpunk implants and radioactive deathclaw mutation. Then obviously he became a grosser version of Weapon H as he has biomechanical thrusters, blade wings and microwave gun etc.
But what makes me wanting to ask if there are some other MCs with fleshy gross abilities is how MC fights in a downtime. During servicing and upgrading his mechanical parts, his data spirit flew around and wrecked havoc in nearby enemies' brains while his flesh peeled off of his metal bits, mostly skeleton, to become the Thing and parasiting his foes and eat them. The skeleton then joined in the fight, scaring away the enemy.
The fun interaction was that the flesh had began to grow its own sentience and MC had to immediately recombine all three in order to restore balance. And yes, he did detected the flesh had some mutiny in plan upon full assembly.
