Ron Should've died, Yet when he was about to receive his system he was pulled back into life by medical staff that was fixing his sorry excuse for a body. This caused a systematical error which resulted in being connected to two worlds, The one he was supposed to transmigrate into and his own world. As if that isn't enough, What's this? A Mafia Noble system?

Basically a system type novel that's set in a medieval fantasy magical world and the MC's own original world. You could go about this a number of ways, from growing magical drugs in the fantasy world and establishing a syndicate in the normal one, to whatever else you can think of. My original work has been on hiatus for a while now and is to R18 focussed anyway. If anyone would like to use it as inspiration to write their own variant, feel free to.
