General Rules:
0. The host can add and remove any rules if the need arises.
1. Be friendly. Minimize your profanity.
2. Do not discuss the game outside the game thread while the game is ongoing.
3. Do not edit your posts after writing them, period.
4. Do not act against your win condition.
5. Do not use any sort of code or encryption during the game. Signals (i.e. "when I say X I meant Y") are allowed, but any sort of hidden message that requires a cipher and/or rule to read, or otherwise hidden message is not allowed.
6. Do not quote, screenshot, or otherwise post any messages received from the game master or anything related to the game anywhere while the game is ongoing.
7. This is this game's hosting color, it’ll make the VCs and other GM posts more noticeable. Avoid using that color.
8.1. Pretending to break any rule will be treated as if you broke that rule.
8.2. Breaking any rule intentionally will result in an instant modkill.
9.1. Every player is required to post at least 10 game-relevant posts every Day Phase.
9.2. If a person doesn’t meet the required amount within 24 hours, they will be prodded (i.e. tagged by the hosts, asking whether they can still play the game).
9.3. If a player doesn’t talk at all during Day Phase or gets prodded thrice, they’ll be 100% substituted or modkilled no matter what.
10. All warnings are of the same kind. Gather 3 warnings, and you will be either subbed out or modkilled.
11. Do not talk about clone accounts. This is a game about social deduction, not social recognition.

General Mechanics and Game Details:
  1. The game starts at whenever the list is filled, at 3 PM EST.
  2. Day Phase last 24 hours. Night Phase last 24 hours.
  3. Roles will be revealed upon death. These flips will contain the full information of the player's role.
  4. Mafia have Private PMs. They can talk there during both Day and Night Phase.
  5. Faction kills are mandatory. If they don't kill anyone, I will kill one them instead.
  6. Faction kills do not need to be assigned.
  7. There is no last will mechanic in this game.
  8. In case Majority is reached, players will be granted 30 minutes of Discussion Time before Night Phase starts.
Special Mechanics:
  1. This is an open mountainous setup.
    1. There are 7 Town Vanilla and 2 Mafia Goons.
    2. There is no Power Role.

Passive: Voice and Votes
You got nothing other than your voice and your vote. You may look down upon this role, but heed my advice: Do not waste what you have, for they are also Town's strongest weapons against Mafia.

You win when all Mafia members have been completely eliminated, and there is at least one Town member alive.

You got nothing other than your voice and your vote. You may despair upon this role, but worry not for you are not alone. Strategize with your partner, and devise a path to mislead Town to their doom.

You win when all Town members have been completely eliminated, or by achieving parity.

Execution:
  • Plurality: the person with the highest number of votes at the end of the day gets executed.
  • Majority: If at any point of the day, the majority of the players vote on one person, the day will end immediately and that person will be executed.
  • In case of a tie, execute random in tie.

How to vote:
  • Write /vote [player name], !vote [player name], or keep posting the entire Vote Count in order to vote. Bolding the vote isn’t necessary, but it would make it easier for me if you did it.
  • Please do not write your vote at the end of a sentence because then I will most likely not notice it when I skim your posts.
  • Votes inside quotes or spoilers do not count.
  • Any players who have not voted at the end of the day will be given a warning.
  • [No Exe] is a valid option to vote.
How to join:
  • Just write /join.

Not really, as long as they're not played at the same time? Site meta and players are different anyway.
