I've read xianni but didn't read swallowed star fully, I'm at chap 812. Luo feng's max level would be something like overlord or blah and wang lin's 10th step. Who wins here? I don't see either of them besting the other,both of them are practically entities who rule the 10th dimension in simple terms but luo feng has a slight advantage considering he is more older(trillions years old by end of the novel) and cunning than wang ling but it way complicated because they can fight forever without a winner coming on top.
