In a remote village of northern wilds, our protagonist knows nothing of these epic events. An outcast marked by cursed, crimson eyes, he is haunted by dreams of a different life from the eyes of a warrior who fell on a battlefield of blood and gold, his soul bound to a love that even death could not sever. He believes them to be madness, until the world's decay reaches his doorstep.
