Looking for feedback on first chapter

I was planning on releasing a novel somewhere in the future, but I don't know if people would like the first chapter, so I wanted to ask for some feedback on it now that it is still soon. Mostly, I want to know if it's hooking or boring.

I skimmed through it. Your novel is more like a death game, a common anime or manhwa I've read. Honestly, I don't really like the premise of death games and such. So I didn't continue, as it wasn't my preference. But overall, your writing is quite good, especially since the formatting is easy to read. You can post it on SH anytime.
