List of chapters, LONG list of chapters.

(First of all, if this thread has to be moved to the proper one- I'm sorry but I just don't go well with where to put it exactly where is supposed to, cough cough)

So, as I write more than 100 chapters, I notice that there isn't a 'second page' in the edit section of your novel. Is there really no way to have it be paged so that it won't be an extremely large one sole page?
