What is an unusual goal you have that most people would find odd?
I just saw this post on Twitter, and I got so excited that I wanted to share:

We know that my first baby is my husband's due to the pandemic, but when my boyfriends get fully vaccinated, I think I could see myself here in three years when I'm ready for a second child.

Book collecting. I collect books that catch my interest but hardly ever read. I want to have a personal library full of books filled with useless knowledge and genres (results vary by occupation).

I'm kinda doing something similar, except with solely Lovecraft paraphernalia. I really should actually read through all his stories, since I do have two copies of each lmao. Only read a few and just haven't gotten to the rest, even though I've had them for a couple years now. Even if I'm not the most knowledgeable about Lovecraft due to lack of seriously trying to learn everything in depth(which I will probably get to the point when I just start reading up on everything if I feel like it), I'm definitely a big fan.
If the fact I'm wearing an HP Lovecraft t-shirt while typing this is anything to go by.

Not exactly an odd goal though, just a guy wanting to collect stuff he's into lol

For the time being, just getting myself more accustomed to my work and getting a better time management so that I can dedicate more time for my hobbies.

same. or similar. i want bookshelf of all ya books i missed out reading during first few yrs of univ. a lot of popular ya series came out but haven't read since. may not end up reading them all but still make nice collection, esp with pretty book covers.

my life goals are not unique right now. just the necessities. stable full time job. car. house. family. success in hobbies. travel. happiness. got to reach some stuff before i can progress to other milestones.

I also have another goal but it'll probably never happen and it'll seriously detrimental to my health. As for what it is? Simple.

Try every street drug out there. Not to the point of addiction but a simple one and done.

Stupid? Yes. But will it be worth it? Yes it will. I'd have stories to tell.

So far, done marijuana. Too much of a coward to start the hardcore ones.

There's this one book called Impyrium that I read when I was in middle school, it was good. Not sure if the second book ever got an english copy yet, I think it was originally in french or something. Don't remember. Definitely recommend though.
