This is just me blogging about my progress on my work. It’s at the planning stage. There are those who find being an Architect a chore but for me it helps with my bad memory. Sometimes I give them a name and that becomes ‘them’.

Anyone named ‘Alan Smith’ will always be born with Natural Psychopathy. Anyone named ‘Alex Stuman’ will always be the absolute top dog of the verse (basically Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen).

Right now I was working on a five-man band and decided to make two of them overt ‘Novel Extras’ with a third one being a secret. This is the one I wanted to talk about and share in this blog post. His name is Fritz Lazrik, and unlike the other two, this guy subdued his ‘Evil Spirit’.

Unlike the other two, Fritz can tap into his power as both Alan and himself at the same time. Being mostly at harmony with the other soul that failed to possess him. Sharing a body.

Because of my particular perspective on how a five-man band should look like, he is a mix between a serious type and a comic relief. In that he is so honest that it leads to him getting hurt constantly. An idiot way too reckless for his own good.

This archetype is what I like adding in my ‘Hero Party’ when creating them. Someone so raw and human that they become compelling from being brave enough to do what others wouldn’t. Which is why they’re built tougher to tank most hits.

On top of that he is a true hater at heart. A guy who is always seething while obsessively thinking about someone they REALLY want to kill even when things are peaceful. A bit too ready to throw his life away if it aligns with his beliefs.

Still thinking about whether I should kill him off halfway through the story or not.

The reason is because this is the kind of character that does a good “Remember me” moment before death. Though I’m currently against it because it’d be too unhappy of an ending if he’s not among the main cast.

Currently working on my story backwards from the ending. Looking at all the villains in my drafts and putting them onto the plan. Deciding on their relevancy towards the Final Arc and etc.

My original idea was to kill Fritz off when he finally dealt with his evil twin sister, but am now looking for a different solution since having him stay might be more fun to write.

This concludes my current progress on the novel plan. I hope any other Architect Writers are having as much fun as I am looking for sparks of inspiration on how to order their plan.
