Isekai as slave

I've seen a lot of story where mc Isekai and own slave.

Now what if you Isekai as a slave instead? What are you gonna do? Find a "good" owner?
Try to be free ASAP? and how could you do it?

If I'm a slave, then I obviously am not able to choose my owner. I don't have this kind of freedom, that's what it means to be a slave.

Try to be free ASAP? and how could you do it?

It's probably either impossible, or extremely risky and most likely suicidal. That's why there would be other slaves there in the first place. Otherwise, they'd have already escaped.

So, I'd do the only reasonable thing I could possibly do. Try to be meek and obedient so that I don't get hurt much. If I'm lucky I might get a master that doesn't abuse me too much and I'd live with that.

... And, of course, if I got one of those masters from isekais that offer freedom to their slaves, I'd definitely take it. No reason to be forcefully subservient for live if I can help it.
... Unless slavery happened to also protect me and make sure I stay fed. Between having to find a living for myself as a former slave while having no backing to speak of, or having a kind master that will keep me fed and doesn't abuse me, I might choose the latter if I'm not confident in surviving on my own.

Some owners are abusive no matter how a slave behaves, so I'd start planning my escape at the first sign of an abusive master. If he's nice, though, I'll roll for seduction.

Oh, I agree. I meant it more like, "be meek and obedient and pray that this is enough to not get excessively abused."

But well, I can't imagine me being able to actually escape. Nor can I imagine what I'd even do after escaping and becoming a runaway slave, so I doubt I'd even try. I'd probably just try to cope with the situation the best I could, because attempting to escape it would most likely just end with my death.

Indeed, though if I've gone through one Isekai, I'd get the idea in my head that I could go through another if I got killed, so I'd take my chances and look for some sort of Underground Railroad. If I die as a result of an escape attempt, I might wind up in a better place.

That's a perfectly reasonable line of thought!

I'd probably still be too scared of death even after experiencing death once, so I wouldn't be able to do that, but that's totally valid~
