For now, purely on first impression, you've got a great premise to build on. You've got a protagonist, a hook, a goal, and an obstacle. There's potential for some solid internal and external conflict. And your leave plenty of room to grant your protagonist agency. That means you're already ticking all the boxes right off the bat.
