Is there some way to add a tag to the tag list? I have one that I think is missing.

I'm trying to attach a tag to a story I'm writing, but it isn't there on the tag list, and I can't seem to find any way to add it. Is there a system I'm meant to follow?

...Or you just go to the edit page of your novel, scroll down the details page until you get to the list of tags for the novel, and add one.
