Is pairing an MC with two women considered harem?

I am thinking of pairing up one of my male MCs with two women. He will only romance these two women. Should a 'Harem' tag be included in such a story? The romance will be more like a spice added to the main story, which is not romance-related.

No, a harem is 3 or more. 2 is called a menage- a-trois. Not sure of the exact significance in difference but 2 is NOT considered a harem. Though I suppose the same problems exist for writing them.

I remember reading somewhere that a harem needs to include at least 3 love interests so yes, I think @Discount_Blade is right. You can just put threesome tag instead of harem tag, I'm sure there is one.
