Premise:
There's this small isolated community of clones but not artificial or man-made. They're biologically the same as humans, make and birth babies, two different genders, with the only differences are having the same face, intense dislike for outsiders, and peaceful between members of the community (0 innerconflict or crime).

Let's say this is the small isolated community with "O" as their faces:

And once upon a day, a married couple birthed a healthy—but abnormal—baby with "X" as his face.

After this and that, they keep the baby, and the baby grew up under scornful eyes and negative remarks of the community's members including the couple.

The problem is, I ran out of idea about the members' negative remarks for "X"

So, I hope you guys can help me with this. Of course I will give credits to whoever idea I will use.

You can use words such as "monster", "half-breed" depending on the situation, "disgusting". Lookup online, I'm sure someone stores a list of bad words somewhere.

Otherwise, using non-verbal situations can be even more impactful : refusing to mingle with X, looking away from them, ignoring them to talk with someone else, watching them like an attraction, whispers when they walk around, rumours, no one to defend them when they get attacked publicly, or when someone steals something from them. Just use situations where you would think the public to be supportive of you, and make it so that it isn't.

Rather than just insulting X, you can insult the mother of X to have had sex with an outsider; or you can insult the father saying he is such a wimp he couldn't stop his wife from cheating.

Insult for 'X': Crossface, Crossy, Pornboy/girl (coz xxx), Alien (coz X differed, also reinforces the community's xenophobia), X-human/X-boy/X-girl (a play on X's face, combined with his/her different look and the community's xenophobia)

Also, Targetface. Spotface. Mapface. Mopface (a play on Mapface, though it is replaced with 'mop' to imply that X's different looks is ugly to them)

This was what I meant by "this and that" but they naturally blame X for what he is, since, insulting the mother or father is the same as spitting on their own face
