Hey guys, so I'm pretty new to Scribble Hub. Well, I'm pretty new to any place where you upload your story. I had a Wattpad account, but was too scared to upload anything. I found this place, took a few deep breaths, felt the ambiance was friendly, and uploaded my work.

I'm trying something that is a blend of cosmic horror, cyberpunk, and supernatural. A land that was very high-tech and got ravaged by unknown horrors. It doesn't have any sexual stuff. I suck at it. I hope you guys like it! Don't forget to leave a comment, it helps to improve my writing or for motivation.

Post more chapter before asking. Also good start.
Thank you! I didn't mean to come off harsh with the reply - posting stuff on the internet makes me nervous, and I can see where my friend's account looks suspicious. She's the one that urged me to post a story here and I forced her to create an account and check my stories.

Anyways, sorry for going on a tangent, I hope I'll be able to post more stuff. They're kinda long so I'm snipping them down.

I suggest adjusting the size of your cover so it does not look flattened.
You won't find many who will start your novel without enough chapters uploaded. Post consistently to find new readers: aim for at least 50.
The reasons are the consistent schedule provides more exposure on the site, and readers want confidence that the novels' authors won't drop them after writing for a week.

Thank you! I already have the work written but I was afraid to post it all at once - I didn't want to spam. What would be a consistent upload schedule? After what I've written and edited is done, it might slow down for new material.

~1 upload per week, though 2~3 is preferred. I recommend adding what your intended upload schedule is under your synopsis.
I think some authors like to release a chapter daily until the first 20 or so are out. For that I think it comes down to personal preference, and if you choose to do so it's something you want to explain in your synopsis so others don't get the idea you're uploading daily forever.

Welcome to ScribbleHub!
Thank you so much! I'm having a blast so far reading through so many stories, series, and novels. I'm like a child in a candy store.

Thank you for the advice! I will definitely update my info.

Yeah, I don't want to let any readers down.
