Forgotten Title I'm looking for novel i read 2 or 3 month's ago, help pls?

Guy's help me can anyone remember a novel where mc is reincarnated into a noble family and this family 'sort-of' solds him to Powerful Sorceress Noble who experiments upon mc and during which he is used sex toys by many nobles, then he is sold to a fat Duchess but she is a good person and she bought to free him? But mc's denies that And they married soon after? I think I read it on Scribblehub but I don't remember it's name?

Edit- guys thank you for your responses so I gathered what other things I can remember
-the Sorceress who buys from his family experimented on mc,
- Mc is also in relationship with his house butler's daughter who also loves him and butler is some kind of assassin who is hiding with his daughter
-in the past mc had gone to Royal ball and There he chooses to sit with youngest princess and despite her Tsundere personality took care of her in the ball and in the end youngest princess took care of her and later she remembers him by face but not name that's why she couldn't help him

Yes I had the same thought regarding the gender, but he did say it was 2-3 months ago. So maybe he's misremembering idk. And well it's still technically a male who was reincarnated, but not into a noble family I guess
