kill it and dissect for it's parts. If you found it's 'isekai transmigration engine' collect it and prepare to isekai. Then when no one notices it, go to a space station and slap the 'isekai engine' to Falcon 9 and ride to victory.

Now you don't need to worry for 'medieval' technology. You already have prepared to isekai after all with a space ship as a plus :D. If you're having doubts about the technology of your spaceship, all you need to do is to steal them magics and technologiez and do the enchanting-thingy.

You want harem and a place to live? Colonize and conquer

Perhaps there is an antagonistic/tyrant ruling force like a demon lord? Show them the taste of Liberation.

Why do people think being isekaid is fun? 99.9% of the population wouldn't survive an isekai, even if they had OP cheat powers.

Not to mention most people aren't ready from going to using toilets to shitting in a hole and wiping with a leaf that may or may not be poison ivy like plant. We can't even live without internet for 1 day.

Most isekai world have shitty excuses that solves those problems tho, no antibiotics? Healing magic!!

Isekai world have toilet as well or if we go a little more realistic then there would be roman style bathrooms.

No phones? Well there are isekai es where somehow they have Apple phones.

Or iseaki into fantasy modern world where is practically the same except there are other races and mythical creatures added to the world
