I want to write a dystopian story, revolving around an ideology of how to run a society that thrives way faster than normal but removes morals out of the equation, yadi yada same old bull you know what I mean. Basically the year 1950 they already have Tesla Cybertruck and blonde women on Tiktok

But I have a small problem, I expect that in order to write a story, there must be a goal and an ending, and the easiest way to do it is to have the MC as a normal dude discovering how bad this society is and take down the leader, while also having a weird quirky out-of-his-league woman as the love interest and a black/gay character death for some reason? But then, how would that even delves into the deepest part of the whole problem of this fictional society? and the trope would be too boring, but I couldn't for the life of me think of any way to make this a running story and not just a weird 1 chapter gag, any suggestion, please?

There was a movie called, IIRC, "Pleasantville" which kind of dealt with this - but the "protagonist" was the arrival of color in a black and white world, which nobody knew WAS oppressive until color showed up.
There are also stories like The Stepford Wives (dystopian late 60's/early 70s for the first movie, late 80s for the remake, and I think the book was set in early 60s but have only seen it once). Conformity would be the byword, and people might be "edited" or "deleted" to be forced to fit in.
Along those lines, there was a Kevin Costner movie about a town that outlawed dancing (wanna say "Flashdance" but that does not feel right) that also kind of hit this theme.
The MC should be some kind of unintentional rebel who winds up becoming a leader (at least for a while - if the society is very large, his group may be noticed by a bigger group and drawn into a full scale revolution) of a "counter culture" movement.

In all those fictional pieces you're mentioning, would it fit the trope I said above? I.E the MC is an average joe who pulls a not-so-average love interest and overthrow the government?

If so, do you think it's entertaining as a reader? And do you suppose a way to make it better?

If they don't fit the trope exactly, they skirt it - and I would suggest using one or more of them for reference, but not copying them, myself.

Honestly depends on the skill of the writer - anything can be compelling (have seen some catalogs that had more interesting descriptions than items, for example). As for making it better, just put your own spin on it, mix and match ideas, and just have fun with it (and yes, writing a dystopian story CAN be fun, or it can be as soul-crushing as living in one; in the past have done short stories that fell both ways, but that was a LONG time ago, usually in "creative writing classes")

By Joe pulling out of league love interest and overthrowing the government, what the hell does that mean?
Also, instead of going with general people, there are some topics in this modern day that might- Wait, no, WILL always exists in the future.

I'm quite sure 4Chan will survive the future.

And oh, what about this? How many quirky artists will there be in the future? Or how badly affected are their children?

Dystopian society exists in our world too, I should remind you that. You may take a look at some Third-World countries and see if any of their cities/province was/is a... Well, dystopian.
