This thing has been bugging me for some time—every time I write a story, it comes from sudden inspiration out of nowhere, and after writing for 2 to 5 days, my creativity runs out, and there are many times I can't go into the zones that help me to write with rhythm and let my creativity out.

I can write, but it is something I can't control; if I am not in the zone (feeling) for writing, it gets hard to write.

My first language is Hindi, but I can't write a story in it, as I have never written any story in Hindi.

And for English grammar and punctuation with format, it is something that I don't find fun.

Writing is for fun, not to make me stress.

But I love when someone reads my story.

So i came with the most absurd solution. Write till you have an arc, or should I say a part of the story, and then publish chapter by chapter (schedule—I will think about when I will post).

After thiI came ups part, if I have enough content, I can publish next, or I will take a rest in the name of thinking about the next part and take a break.

- What are your thoughts on it?
: To make it readable I use quillbot

I do have a consistent schedule for my primary story, but I’ve done something similar to what you’re describing for my B story (which I write when I need a break). Finish a whole arc, then post that arc a bit at a time. It means I’m not as pressured to continue the story, because each arc is intended to be a reasonably satisfying chunk of plot on its own.

The solution to never having written a story in hindi is to write a story in hindi. You never wrote a story in english until you did, and there's noting stopping you from doing the same now for your native language.

If you're afraid to try something new and expand your skills, then, well, you certainly won't be an unusual writer, but also you'll never really find it satisfying. Besides, if you ever write a banger in hindi, you already have access to a great translator who will better understand your intention than anyone else.
