I have decided to host the Minecraft server, but need to choose the location for it.

As the thread title suggests, I am going to host a Modded Minecraft server. Version 1.20.1-forge-latest. I need to know, where should I host it? The responses to this poll will help me decide where to host the server. Yes, the location is closer to you, even if it is across the ocean, as long as the surface distance is closer to you than other locations by land. If you even think you might be interested, please answer my poll, with the two closest locations. For example, I'm East USA, and also East Canada, however, my answer for better connectivity for everyone is Central Europe. what are your thoughts. Votes will not be displayed publicly, however, the results can be viewed without voting. Note that there is no option for South America or Africa.

this is the calculation system for points for a region based on (regionVotes)+0.25*(closest3regionsVotes)
a = Central Europe, b = East USA, c = West USA, d = East Canada, E = Australia, f = Southeast Asia. closest 3 regions are decided based on a map of the world's fiber optic cables, both underwater, and on land.
