I have heard horror stories. Personally I feel like it’s an obligation and there is a time limit. Show some pros and cons.

Pros: You might get paid what you think your work’s worth

Cons: You have to complete the commission to get said cash. You get nagged for discounts before being told your writing’s mid and to shove it.
