I had trouble with rough drafts?

I had trouble with rough drafts but have recently learned that it is better to do rough drafts first. Trying to write a perfect draft is simple too slow.

I'm kind of in the reverse of this - I wound up getting "stuck" into a serialized format from having tried to write full novels. This has led to me having to stall some more popular stuff to work on some new stuff (one if which is now being released almost live).

Yeah, I can see that. Once you start working on serialized work. It's very hard to write the full novel first.
