Resolved I can't sort my chapters

I'm planning to sort my chapters around since my readers want it, but I can't. I have already done that before moving my ILLUSTRATION chapter but right now I can't do it. I know that you press the 3 bars bottom next to the chapter title and stuff but it seems to not be working for me.

I use an OPPO android phone to write them so yeah, please help :)

You're suppose to press and hold to drag the chapters around. If it's still not working for you, let me know and I can sort your chapters around for you.
