The manga starts out as a human and monster friendship story. The two characters that the plot revolves around are female, but I don't remember any yuri scenes (I'm not saying there weren't any, just that it wasn't the focus of the first few chapters).
The MC is a blonde-haired high school student in modern Japan who is a NEET and doesn't know how to socialize with others.
One day she was hiding inside a classroom when she saw the most popular girl in her class, a girl with black hair, turn into a monster and kill/consume a guy (I shall now call the second girl "monster" even though she can change her appearance to a human's).
MC reveals herself and begs monster to teach her how to fit in, seeing that monster was the master of getting people to like her.
Monster has some serious issues with trust and getting close with others; she can befriend everyone easily (to manipulate them), but always keeps them at arms' length.
At first, monster decided not to eat her immediately so that two students wouldn't be missing at the same time, monster decided to eat her as soon as they graduate high school.
MC introduces monster to MC's grandmother.
I've tried searching for this myself, but everytime I try to look for a monster friendship story in a modern setting. I end up getting recommended three different mangas I've also read. @Tsuru @Tempokai Can you help me?

sorry bud, but it's too vague for me. Sounds like those pixiv or twitter one image mangas that aren't translated well enough because there are no translators for this stuff. With such plot only body horror hentai comes to mind (of which I know plenty lol, don't ask), and that isn't it.
