This. For some reason I have no words to describe except the multicolored eye of cold, dark eyes beyond human comprehension (thanks to Lovecraft for this description)

Their eyes were like a layered void, each one a representation of the stages of the universe. From nothing to a blue haze, the creation of the stars, and the eventual red hue signifying the end of time. It haunted me, as gazing in left myself paralyzed in fear of what I saw.

Her eyes, if it can be called an eyes was utterly terrifying. A burning crimson sun in the deep cold gaze of icy empty space in the endless void which is the unviverse.
Tbh i'm just an amatur so not sure if this is even good.

Layman style.

Pupils as red as blood with multilayered irises that spanned from within, of colors pink, navy, black, baby blue and outlined with a ring of black.

Freaky. I wonder what brand of contacts.

The eyes of my friend who watched Boku No Pico all three episodes after losing in a game of dare.
Yes there are 3 episodes of that abomination.

An Iris inside an iris inside an iris.
Alternatively, Concentric Irises.

I guess I'm not a very poetic person.

“The eyes pupil had an iris with several different rings, the first around the pupil was white with light reddish overlay, going outward was a solid deep blue, then black then light blue, then finally a black ring. Of course such an eye could only be thought of by an artist with far too much time on their hands, perhaps he was on LSD when he drew it.”

Rings of irises creating the illusion of a well. A deep crimson welled in the centre, mellowing into a vibrant blue towards the edges. The deeper one stared, the further that abyss seemed to stretch.

Or:

It was like an eye within an eye. Sitting deeper beyond the blue rings laid a second crimson one.

Or:

Vibrant eyes that resembled a colourful dance of a pair of nebulae. An explosive red surrounded by a beautiful haze of blue.

Or much simply:

Multiple rings (describe each layer with whatever color you want until the pupil).

That is just gay hentai. True abominations are those that are somewhere along the line of Pigeon Blood.

It was as if her eyes showed me the stars. I could only marvel at such beauty.

people really get confused on how to describe things when they dont know or cant think of the proper name to something in the moment. I woulda said the same thing. Multilayered irises. Rings within rings. Everything else can be written as poetically as you please, but i find those two key phrases to be what would really give a person an idea about what is being described without the aid of an actual image. They're the focal point sfrom which you can expand upon. Its important to be able to identify these focal points when trying to describe something. It helps immensely with visualization.
