A. Reading, Literature, Writing, Arithmetic, Science, Home Economics, Economics, and P.E.
B. Give textbook and assign homework. Projects and reports will still be utilized. Use tutors for areas where you lack knowledge *I have all knowledge so won't utilize this method* or can't learn with the student.
C. School hours should reflect standard school hours plus homework, about nine hours a day for five days a week minus holidays. Though the schedule will be flexible instead of rigid and counted by hours instead of days. Time should be kept according to subject.
D. Apply remedial lessons were neccessary. Don't attempt to teach beyond the zone of proximal devolopment.

Now for the real answers

A. Applied farting, anime, manwha, cultivation techniques, Sponge Bob memes
B. HeadOn! Apply directly to the forehead. HeadOn! Apply directly to the forehead. HeadOn! Apply directly to the forehead.
C. F is for friends who do stuff together. U is for U and me! N is for Neewhere Neetime at all down here in deep blue sea!
D. Homeschooling is for winners! Go back to public school losers!

I would give up and send them to a public school, or higher a professional tutor.

A. The most important thing to teach is critical thinking. I care not as much if they arrived at the correct answer. I care more about them using critical thinking skills.

B. Critical thinking is taught by allowing open-mindedness and creativity to flourish. You build an environment where they learn to think for themselves. Just because an experiment was done and proven before, doesn't mean they shouldn't try it to learn about it.

I would ask them questions about it as they were solving the problem without just giving answers. Like say they did that experiment with vinegar and baking soda to make a volcano. I would ask them something like "why do you think this reaction happened?"

C. Fun comes with learning, so every moment is fun. Even being bored is fun. Being bored allows you to learn, and being bored sometimes is recommended. Maybe if they got bored I would help them build something.

D. I'd figure out areas they struggle in, and we would use our critical thinking caps to puzzle it out.

A. What's actually important to teach?
Reading, Basic Math, Language, Life Experiences
B. How do you teach it?
Play/Fun + lessons = lifelong learning
C. How much time do you give kids to have fun?
One should let kids be kids. Fun/play should be integrated in lessons, so I'd say 100% of the time.
D. What would you do it if it seems like they're struggling in standardized exams compared to kids of the same age?
There are lots of factors to consider why these kids would struggle in standardized exams, like:

1) Questions are not understood. Can be issues about language. Or how the questions are written.

2) Can also come from the child. Might be a condition, or an issue of interest.

3) Materials used can also be an issue in administering faulty examinations.

So determine first what's the problem, and solve based on the results. But here's my opinion as an educator: standardized exams isn't ideal. It's like judging a fish, a monkey, and a bird on who can cook rice the fastest.
