Ngl, Jenny from Legion of Nothing got me to think of that idea a year or two ago. And up until now, I still got nothing.

Shared sense refers to one sharing the sensation of another; examples are Kuro to Illya (thanks Santa), Helltaker's Cerebus, random CN WN featuring MC sharing a lifeline with his FL and everytime he got stabbed, she feels it and NOT vice versa (funny as I now think about the relation between Illya and Kuro). I think Triplicate Girl of DC and DupliKate of Invincible have the same gimmick, but since AO3 has none of them, I have no relatable referrence.

The one (just one) example of shared sense in AO3 is Cerebus and I did not actively try to locate it. If I did, I would be more disappointed than I already am. It seems like a smut can't describle the whole "shared sense; getting fucked at the same hole but by different dicks" sensation as the work that I read tried (and failed imho) to loop back to shared sense with a single line "and she can feel all three of them, all her bodies getting violated". I expected nothing (ehh, a small something) and I am still disappointed.

I mean, a doujinshi of Nico Robin with the whites of her eyes showing and tongue sticking out due to the countless onaholes made from her are being used and she can feel them all is cool, but ultimately it was just one scene.

Then there is Santa's (FBI I'm here!) questionable series... nuff said.

I was boiling with the idea of one plus one is bigger than two and having both bodies ahegao-ing the same time will make a bigger climax in the head like the technopaths in Andur's work... but you getting the sensation of your nipples both tweaked and suckled at the same time doesn't really makes a resonance in the nipple orgasm scale, is it not?

Tbh, too much sensation feels like white noise. Realistically, you'd have to slow down and make sure not to overlap the same sensory triggers at once. If you kiss two people at once, it only feels like kissing one person.

Hmm, maybe that's not correct. It certainly makes sense, but maybe it shouldn't be the only possibility. So... Assuming both people can share and distinguish what's happening to them. I think they would still get confused in the heat of the moment? They would describe the things happening to the other person as if they were happening to them. Confusion abounds. I think it would end up feeling very trippy, but it should be possible as long as you have some experience writing smut.

In third person, you could show them reacting to something that didn't happen to them. You could have them start interacting with the other person's partner instead of their own(hello NTR) or even do things to themselves to try and affect the other person.

Case and point the supposed dramatic death of an old man who, for a couple of chapters, is a side character no one cares about. Cue almost ten chapters dedicated to try and make me feel for him.

Sensations can scale linear or exponentially (two stimulations are twice or four times the pleasure), or in any other way.
Multiples of the same organ can be distinguished or blend together.

Sense8 turned it into a very trippy remote-orgy, given that the characters that share senses are both scattered all over the world and have their own relationships (and all just end up going down on each other at the same time).

Sure but uh, just how do we do this without constantly repeating ourselves? In the example up above, I tried really hard to use as many different words as possible and that's partly why it ended up being quite so dramatic.

The only issue is that without a proper reference in old works, it will be sink or swim, with the former being highly the case.

2+ people sharing the same sensation doesn't sound too difficult to imagine. you have a source that's applied on multiple individuals. they all experience the same feeling.
multiple sensations at the same time is tricky. the brain can handle so much. if you bypass that though, then you're in uncharted territory. make up your own rules. the pleasure is multiplied - so it's like having multiple orgasms at the same time. she (they) pass out from the overbearing experience. the experience is so intense that she falls into shock and develops some sort of ptsd.
